ABOUT ME
As a movement professional specializing in Applied Neurology, I am dedicated to helping clients overcome chronic pain and neurologic dysfunction. My movement journey started while studying Dance at University of California Santa Cruz. I am a Certified Pilates Master Teacher, a certified Gyrotonic Instructor, as well as a certified Dance for Parkinson's Instructor and a Yoga enthusiast. Understanding the challenges of my own scoliosis has given me insight to help others overcome their dysfunction and reach healthier movement goals.
